We started DietKaro because eating well shouldn't be this hard.
It began in Thanjavur, in a home like yours — where everyone loved food, and nobody had time to think about what it was doing to them.
We tried to eat right. We really did. We counted calories on paper, carried steel boxes that went cold by noon, and gave up by Thursday. Healthy food was either too bland to finish, too expensive to keep buying, or simply not available where we lived. Every "diet" felt like a punishment, and every failure felt personal.
Then we watched people we love struggle with weight, sugar and tiredness that crept in slowly, year after year. That is when it stopped being about looking fit. It became about being well — for ourselves and for the people who depend on us.
So we built the thing we wished existed: real South Indian home food — idli, sambar, kootu, curd rice, millet, paneer — cooked with less oil and more care, portioned to your body's numbers, and delivered warm to your door. And because food is only half the story, every plan comes with a tracker that shows you, honestly, that it's working.
"No starving. No guilt. Just good food, counted for you — every single day."
